We want you to love your books! If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility

  • Items must be in their original condition (unused and undamaged).

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

  • Digital products (if any in the future) are non-refundable.

Process

  1. Contact our support team at support@lightintheword.com with your order details.

  2. We’ll provide you with return instructions.

  3. Once the return is received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund to your original payment method.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to reflect.

Exchanges

At this stage, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please request a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, let us know within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.
